XML Sitemap Generator

Create a valid XML sitemap from a list of URLs in seconds. Paste one URL per line, choose how often the pages change and how important they are, and get standards-compliant XML ready to submit to Google Search Console. How to Use the XML Sitemap Generator

  1. List your page URLs, one per line. Each must start with http:// or https://.
  2. Pick a change frequency and priority (or leave them blank to omit those hints).
  3. Click Generate Sitemap.
  4. Copy the XML or download sitemap.xml, upload it to your site root, and submit it in Google Search Console.

Practical example

You launched a small business site with 12 pages and want Google to discover them quickly. Paste the 12 URLs, leave changefreq on weekly and priority at 0.8, and generate the sitemap. Upload it, submit it in Search Console, and Google now has an explicit list of your pages to crawl instead of having to find them all by following links. For larger sites, generate one sitemap per section (blog, products, help center) and list them all in a sitemap index — each individual file stays comfortably within limits.

Limitations

A sitemap helps crawlers discover pages but does not guarantee indexing or rankings — quality content still decides that. All URLs should belong to the same site; mixing domains in one sitemap violates the protocol. Very large sites need multiple sitemaps plus a sitemap index file, which this tool does not generate. Image, video, and news sitemap extensions are not included.
