Invoice Generator
Make a professional invoice PDF in under a minute. Just 4 quick steps below — everything runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded anywhere.
How to make an invoice in 4 steps
- Your business — type your business name. Add your address or phone number if you want it printed on the invoice.
- Bill to — type your customer’s name.
- Items — describe what you sold, then add the quantity and the price for each line. Press + Add item for more lines.
- Details — your invoice number and today’s date are filled in for you. Add a due date or change the tax % if you need to, then press Create invoice PDF.
How the total is worked out
Each line is quantity × price. All lines are added into a subtotal, then your tax percentage is added on top. For example: 2 × R100 plus 3 × R50 gives a R350 subtotal — with 15% tax the total is R402.50. Totals update live as you type, so you always see the final number before creating the PDF.
Good to know
- Everything runs in your browser — your details are never uploaded, stored online, or sent anywhere.
- If you close or refresh the page the form is cleared, so download your PDF while the page is open.
- Your invoice has no watermark, and long invoices automatically continue onto extra A4 pages.
