Password Generator
Generate strong random passwords locally in your browser. Choose the length and character types you want.
Create a password for one account
- Choose a length between 6 and 64 characters. The default is 16; use a longer length when the destination allows it.
- Keep the character types the service accepts: uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
- Select Generate Password, then copy the result into your password manager and the intended account form.
Each selected group contributes at least one character. The remaining positions are filled from the selected groups and the result is shuffled. The tool uses your browser’s cryptographic random-number function.
Match a service’s password rules
If a service accepts at least 20 characters but rejects symbols, set the length to 20, leave letters and numbers selected, and turn symbols off. A generated password is not automatically saved or applied to an account. Save it securely before leaving the page.
Length is only part of account security
Use a different password for each account. Reusing even a long password means one compromised service can put other accounts at risk. A password manager can help store unique passwords, and multi-factor authentication adds another account protection where available. The form’s six-character minimum is a supported setting, not a recommendation for an important account.
Password generation questions
Are generated passwords sent to Utilzivo?
The generation code runs in your browser and does not send or save its output to Utilzivo. Browser extensions, clipboard managers or malware on your device may still access what you copy or display.
Can I recover a password after closing the page?
The tool has no account or saved password history. Keep it in a password manager; do not depend on this page to retrieve it later.
Why did generation stop when I cleared every checkbox?
At least one character group must be enabled. Select a group and generate again.
Does it check whether a password has been leaked?
No. It generates a new random string but does not search breach databases, inspect an account or change an existing password.
Handle the result carefully
Avoid sharing screenshots containing the password. Copy it only where needed, and remember that some clipboards sync across devices. Read the Privacy Policy for the site’s general analytics and cookie practices, or return to all tools.
